If you plan to stay abroad for more than 8 months within a period of one year, not necessarily continuously, you must inform us of your emigration. You can visit us at the City Hall on the day you leave or no more than 5 days beforehand.

You can also download the form Declaration departure foreign country.pdf (5 kB).

You have to send this form to the City Hall Klant Contact Centrum, Postbus 9029, 6800 EL Arnhem, or you can send the form by e-mail to: gemeente@arnhem.nl.

If you wish you can get a proof of deregistration.
